"WHEREAS, it is deemed a necessity and desired by the property

owners that the streets described in the caption hereof, and the streets

(hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of
improved paving material; NOW, THEREFORE -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CWTT4IS9I0IQERS OF THE CITY OF PADU-
CAH, KENTUCKY:
�I SECTION 1.

That Fourth Street from the north property lire of Monroe Street
to the South property line of Yadison Street; Fourth Street from the South .
property line of Washington Street to the North property line of Clark
Street; Washington Street from the ',lest property line of Fifth Street to
the East property line of Sixth Street; Monroe Street from the .West property
line of Fifth Street to the East property line of Sixth Street; Monroe
Street from the West property line of Sixth Street to the East property
line of Seventh Street; Kentucky Avenue from the ':Pest property line of
Ninth Street to the Last property line of Tenth Street, or Murrell Boule-
vard; Tennessee Street from the West property line of Murrell Boulevard,

or Tenth Street, to the 'Nest property line of Twelfth Street; Monroe
Street from the "lest property line of Ninth Street to a line parallel
to and five feet eastwardly from the center of the east track of the
Illinois Central Railroad near 'Tenth Street; Monroe Street from a line
parallel to and five feet westwardly from the center line of the West
track of the Illinois Central Railroad near 'Tenth Street to the East
property line of Eleventh Street and from the west property line of
Eleventh Street to the East property line of 'Twelfth Street; on Second
Street from the South property line of Washington Street to the North
property line of Clark Street and on Third Street from the North pro-
perty line of Monroe Street to the South property line of Madison
Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of concrete
or any other improved paving material, as may be determined by the
Board of Commissioners, as the best and most economical material for
the construction thereof, and that all necessary manholes, catch basins

intakes and sever pipe connections be nide, all of which is to be paid
for by the abutting property owners upon the Ten Year Payment Plan,
except that portion Which is to be paid for by the City of Paducah,
according to law.
SECTIOII 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to bring in an Ordinance in
accordance with this Resolution for the construction thereof.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force ten (10)
days after its passage, record and publication.
