MIURRELL BOULEVARD, FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF BROAD --AY TL TYR SOUTH
PROPERTY LINE OF TENNESSEE STREET, IN HE, CITY OF PADUCAH, XENTUCKY, AT
THE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS, AND PROVIDING THAT SAME SHALL
BE CONSTRUCTED UPON THE TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLAN, EXCEPT THAT PORTION 71HICH
IS TO BE PAID FOR BY `['HE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, it is deemed a necessity and desired by the property
owners that the streets described in the caption hereof, and the streetsl'
hereinafter described, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed
of improved paving material; NOW, THEREFORE -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C01'.MISSIONFW25 OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the driveways on both sides of the parkway on South Tenth
Street, or Murrell Boulevard, from the South property line of Broadway
to tho South property line of Tennessee Street, be constructed of eor-

orete or any other improved paving material, as may be determined by the
;Board of Commissioners, as the best and most economical material for the
construction thereof, and that all necessary manholes, catch basins, in-
takes and sewer pipe connections be made, all of which is to be paid for by
the abutting property owners upon the Ten Year Payment Plan, except that
portion xhich is to be paid for by the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as re-
quited by law.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is instructed to brine in an ordinance in accord -
ante ,vith this Resolution for the construction thereof.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force ten (10) days
after its passage, record and publication.
