L. A. '7ashir-ton, FurchasinF Anent, is hereby authorized and
directed to accept the bid of C. Id. Baker to furnish to the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, one Stutz 690 Touring Car, 1923.1Todel, for the sum of
X1150.00, and deliver to him the Buick Roadster now being used by the
Chief of the Fire Department, as the consideration in full for said pur-
chase.
SECTION 2.
Said FurchasinF Anent is hereby authorized and directed to
purchase said car for said sum and deliver to ^aid C. 14. Baker the
Buick Roadster now beiro- used by the Chief of tae "ire Department.
SECTION 3.
Wynn Tully, Commissioner of Fublic Pinance, is hereby author-
