WHERFAS, The Board of Trade of the City of Paducah, has induced J. S. McKee, Trading and Doing Business Under the Firm Name and Style of I McKM AND BLIVIN BUTTON C0MPANY, OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO LOCATE IN THE i City of Paducah, and as an inducement for the location of said plant at i Paducah, Kentucky, it was agreed between the Board of Trade and said J. S. i McKee that he would be exempted from the payment of Municipal Ad Valorem Taxes for a period of five years, and as an inducement for said J. S. i I McKee to locate at Paducah, Kentucky, NOW, THEREFORE - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOA -:ZD OF COi,':1.TISSION�?S OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KrSITUCKY: SECT ION 1. That J. S. McKee, trading and doing business under the firm name I and style of McKEE AND BLIVIN BUTTON 001dPAITY, be, and the same is hereby exempted from the payment to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, of Municipal Ad Valorem Taxes for a period of five ,years from this date. FLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CON- i I STRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SE"JER ZONES NUMBERS ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR AND FIVE OF SEWER DISTRICT NUMBER TI-LREE. i WHEREAS, The Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Ken- tucky, on the 5th day of March, 1923, adopted resolutions declaring the construction of sewers in Sewer Zones Numbers One, Two, Three, Four and Five, Sewer District No. 3, to be a necessity, and setting out, in general' terms, the property subject to the payment of the costs of same; and, VHEREAS, the Plans and Specifications for the sewers in said Zones, have been prepared on 45 sheets of drawings by Henry A. Pulliam, Commissioner of Publio Works and Chief Engineer: NO'V, THEREFORE - BE IT RP:SOLVI BY THE BOARD OF 0OL1.Iv1IS11I01' RS OF THE, CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: I S3CTION 1. j i I i No.—=J----- Ordinance No. That the plans for the construction of sewers in Sewer Zones Numbers One, Two, Three, Four and Five, in Sewer District No. 3, con- sisting of 45 sheets of drawings, each of said sheets dated rarch 19, 1923, and sinned by Henry A. Pulliam, Commissioner of Public Works and Chief Angireer, be approved and adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, said sheets being properly marked, iden- tified and enumerated as follows: Zone Number One, 1 Locality and Index Map, 1 Sheet of Details � i and 3 Sheets of Profile and Alignment Drawings. i Zone Number Two, 1 Locality and Index Lfap, 1 Sheet of Details and 9 Sheets of Profile and Alignment Drawings. I Zone Number Three, 1 Locality and Index Lap, 1 Sheet of Details and 2 Sheets of Profile and Alignment Drawings. Zone Number Four, 1 Localit7 and Index lop, 1 Sheet of Details and 10 Sheets of Profile and AliPnment Drawings. Zone Number Five, 1 Locality and Index ISap, 1 Sheet of Details and 11 Sheets of Profile and Alignment Drawings, SECTION 2. That said plans be simned by the Tayor and the City Clerk, and that blue prints of said plans be received and filed. SECTION 3. That the Specifications for said construction shall be as here- to attached, marked Exhibit "F", and the time of beginning and ending the construction, the amount of deposit with the bids, and other data, not now available, shall be inserted, as approved by the Board of Commissioners, at the proper time.
