an extension of the ;pater mains from its present terminus on private

Brown Street, to a point on Bro'•,'n Street, a listance of approximately
800 feet; and there apnes,rin7 to be at lest three responsible consumers
for every 300 feet of pipe extension thereon, who agree, in writing, to
take, use and pay for -ater at the established rates for a term of not
less than ta:o ,;-ears as soon as the mains are laid-, ITHOW,
