SECTION 1.
That a clerk or stenographer be appointed for the Judge of the
Police Court of Paducah.
SIXTION 2.
That the Judge of the said Court shall proscribe the dut ies
and hours of employment of such clerk or stenoPrapher.
SLCTION 3.
That the salary of such clerk or steno�,farher shall be One
Hundred Dollars per month, effective February lst, 1923, and said
sum shall be apportioned and paid _from the General Revenue account of
the City of Paducah.
SECT ION 4.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force Ten (10)
days from and after its passage and record, and that all ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
