ised and directed to sell United States Government Liberty Bonds ?os.
62315 to 81339 inclusive, being 411 Converted liberty loan Bonds of 1927-
1942, by an ordinance adopted June PGth, 1922; and,

SAUTION 1.
',"Iynn Tully, Commissioner of Public Finance, is hereby authorized,
directed and empowered to transfer, for and on behalf of the City of Padu-
cah, Kentucky, United States Government liberty Bonds Nos. 8105 to 81339
inclusive, being the 41% Converted liberty loan Bonds of 1927-1942, belong-
ing to the City of Yaducah, Kentucky, and that said Commissioner of Public
Finance is hereby authorized, directed and empowered to take any and all
steps necessary to properly transfer said bonds to the Citizens Savings I
Bank of Paducah, T-entucky.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage, record and publication.
