',iRIERMS, the City of Paducah, Key, tucl_y, has heretofore pur-
chased United States Government four and One -Quarter (41%) Per Cent
Converted Liberty Loan Bonds, Amounting to the sum of Twenty -Five
Thousand (,?25,000.00) Dollars, and being bonds Nos. 81315 to 81339,in-
elusive, and being the Four and One -Quarter (1�3) Per Cent Converted
Liberty- Loan Bonds of 1927-1942; and,
02RMS, The City of laducah is desirous of sellins said
bonds; now, therefore, -

SECTIOU 1.
7ynn Tn7ly, Commissioner of rublic Finance of the City ,of
Taducah, rontucky, is hereb- authorized and enTowerect to sell bonds
Kos. 81315 to 81339, inclusive, beim the Pour and One -Quarter (4 0)
Per Cent Converted liberty Loan Bonds of 1927-1942, purchased by the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, amounting to T7nrty-Five Thousand($25,000.00)
Dollars, for not less than par and accrued interest.
S- CTIQK 2.
The proceeds derived from the sale of said bonds shall be
deposited by the Commissioner of lublic finance to the credit of the
Sinking Fund.
SECTIOY 3.
This Ordinance shall take effect ,and be in force from and
after its passage, record and publication.
