SECTION 1.
i
That F. 7. Katterjohn, I:iayor, be and he is hereby authorized and
empowered to purchase from E. R. Bradshaw a strip of Around 50 feet wide
by 180 feet and 9 inches, more or less, located near the intersection of
PTineteenth Street, if e:ctended, and Monroe Street, a particular description
of which is set out in a deed this day executed by R. Bradshaw to the
Cit,, of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2.
That upon the execution and delivery of a General 71arranty Deed
'or said property to the City of Paducah, Kentuc]W, by the said B. R.
Bradshaw, and when said Deed of Conveyance is accepted by a Resolution of the
Board of Commissioners, the Commissioner of Public Finance is authorized
and directed to pay to the said ,. R. Bradshaw the sum of Twelve Hundred
and Fifty (;1250.00) Dollars, and charge same to the Third District Sewer
Account.

Said
property is to be used for the purpose of constructing t'IM
(line sewers in Serer District §3.

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten days from
and after its passage, record and publication. /
