That F. ': Y.atterjohn, I:Iayor, be, ar.-I tie is hereby authorized
and empowered to purchase certain property belonging- to Roy Stewart and
h:is :rife, Catherine Steuart, located at Nineteenth Street, if extended, and
Broadway Street, on the North side of Broadway in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, and being Lot 7'r18, Bloch 1, Fountain lark Addition to the City
of Paducah, Yentucky, a particular description of which is set out in a
deed this day executed by Roy Steuart and wife, Catherine Stewart, to the
.City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SFCTIORI 2.
That upon the execution and delivery of a General Ylarranty Deed
for said property to the City of Paducah, Y.entucky, by the said Roy Stewart
and wife, Catherine Ste1vart, and when said Deed of Conveyance is accepted by
a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners, the Commissioner of Public
Finance is authorized and directed to pay to the said Roy Stewart and his
wife, Catherine Stewart, the stun of Seventeen Hundred(5p1700,.00) Dollars,
and charge same to the Third District Sevier Account.
SECTION 3.

Said property is to be used for the purpose of constructing trunk
i' line se.7ers in Sever District r3.

SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten days from
and after its passage, record and publication.

and empowered to purchase certain property belon;ing to I:"rs. Blanche
Acree and her husband, Dr. J. B. Adree, located at ITineteenth Street, if
extended, and Jefferson Street, on the South side of Jefferson Street,
between Jefferson Street and Broadway Street in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, and being a lot 60 feet by 166 feet 9 inches, a particular
description of which is set out in a deed this day executed by Mrs.
Blanche Acree and her husband, Dr. J. '_'. Acree, to the City of Paducah,
Kentucky.
SECTION 2.
That upon the execution and delivery of a General 7,'arranty
Deed for said property to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by the said
I".rs. Blanche :'_tree and her husband, Dr. J. B. Acree, ar:d :7hen said Deed
of Conveyance is accepted by a resolution of the Board of Commissioners,

SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall tale effect and be in force ''ten days
