That the Iayor be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
purchase said property for the sum of Three Thousand (°;.3,000.00) Dollars
cash, said sum to be paid to Lizette Schafer and her husband, A. F. Scha
fer, upon the delivery of a deed•to F. '.7. Katterjohn, conveying said
property to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, said stun to Ve charged to the
Third District Se•aer Fund Y ccount.
SECTION 2.
The City of Paducah agrees to pay the 1922 taxes or; said pro-
erty.
SECTION 3.
Lizette Schafer and her husband, A• F. Schafer, agree to trive
possession of said property on October lst, 1922,
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage, -record and publication.
