SECTION 1.
The ?:'ayor and Commissioner of Fublic Finance ,re hereby anthor-
ized and directed -to borrow on behalf of, and for the use and benefit of
the City of Iaducah, from the City National Bank of Faducah, Yortuc].y,
the sum of Fifteen Thousand (•?15,000.00) Dollars, to bear interest at th
rate of 6 per annum, and said sum so borro'aed is hereby placed to the
credit of the eneral Fund of said City.
S?CTICI? 2.
A note shall be exeeuted, ':rhich shall bear the simnature of the
City of Paducah b�; the I'ayor_ard Commissioner of Inblic Finance of said
City, and said note shall be dated I.a 5th, 1922, and shall be duo and
payable on July 5th, 1922, 2nd bear interest thereon at the rate of 6%
per annum from maturity until paid, erd for the payment of said note,
there is hereby nledped all revenue to be collected- by said City from
taxes for t'he fiscal half year ending June 30th, 1922.
