SECTION 1.
The City National. Bank of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby designated as
the City Depository for all funds of the City of Faducah, o%dept such .Funds
as may be deposited in other special depositories iuider the terms of this
Ordinance.

Said City Depository shall be required to oxecute bond to the
City of .Paducah, Kentucky, for such stmt as the Board of Commissioners may
require of said Depository, for the safe keeping and correct accounting
of all funds deposited in said Depository by the -City of Faducah, said
bond to have good and aprroved surety thereon, to be approved by the.
Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
S3CTICI' 3.
The Citizens Savings Bank, The T'irst ',rational Bank, I;?echanics
Trust and Savings Bank, and The Ohio Valley Bank and Trust Company, of
the City of laducah, Kentucky, are hereby designated as Special Deposi-
tories for said City, and such fLmds of the City of Paducah, not other-
wise herein designated, may be deposited by the Commissioner of Public
Finance in said Depositories, and each of said Depositories shall tie re-
gLiired to execute bond to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for such sum as
the Board of Commissioners may require of said Depositories, for the saf
keeping and correct accounting of all funds deposited in said Deposi-
tories by the City of Faducah, said bonds to have good and approved
surety thereon, to be -Ip) roved by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Paducah, I.entucky.
SsCTION 4.
.111 funds, except the Third District Se,.:rer Funds, of the City.
of Faducah on special dei osit, or -which are deposited as an especially
appropriated fund, and ::,hich are rot designed to be, nor used for current
operating eylaenses of the City of Faducah, shall bear interost at the
rate of four (47o) per centum per annum, and the acceptance of said
specially appropriated funds, as a deposit in any of said hereinbefore
named Depositories, shall be deemed an acceptance of the provisions of
this Ordinance, and an a,x eement on the part of said Depositories, or any
of them, to pay said interest at the rate of four (40) per centum per
annum on such specially deposited funds. }
SECTION 5.
The City Depository is hereby required to pay three (30) per
cent interest on daily balances of any funds placed in said Depository.
SECTION 6.
This Ordinance shall take effect from and efter its passame,
record and publication, and all ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in
conflict hereritthh, in so far as same conf].ict, are hereby rep®aled.

C., consisting of Twelve (12) Sheets, numbered from One to Twelve, and
,each of said sheets bearing the signature of Henry A. Pulliam, Commission-

District 703, consisting of Seventeen (17) Sheets numbered from one to
Seventeen; and plans for Sub -Divisions B. and C. of Sewer District
consisting; of Twelve Sheets numbered from one to Twelve, and bearing the
•, signature of Henry A. Pulliam, Commissioner of lublic Works and City
Engineer, be, and the same are hereby accepted and adopted by the Board
