B.: IT ORDAINED 9Y THE BOARD OF CO11ISSIOUERRS OF THE CITY OF PADU-
CAH , KEIiTU CKY :
SECTION 1.
That there is hereby levied for the year 1922, upon the taxable
property withir. the City of Paducah, Kentucky, real and personal, an
advalorem tax of One Dollar and fifty cents (:J1.50), pursuant to Section
157 of the State Constitution, and Sixty five (.651) Cents pursuant to
the State Constitution and Statutes of Kentucky to defray the expenses of
maintaining the schools, and Fifteen (.15V) Cents pursuant to said Consti-
tution and Statutes for the purpose of paying the interest on the School
Improvement Bonds and to create a Sinking Fund for the payment of said
bonds at maturity, making a total of Two Dollars and Thirty cents (102.30)
on each One Hundred Dollars north of said real and personal property in
the City of Paducah, Ker.tuch7; and there is also hereby levied a poll
tax of One Dollar and Fifty Cents Q1.50) on each male resident of the
City of Faducah over 21 years of age for the year 1922.

SECTION 3.
That al.l revenue derived from licenses or other sources col-
lected and paid to the Commissioner of Public Finance shall be distri-
buted to their respective accounts ir. the same proportion as the adval-
orem tax, as hereinbefore provided for, except sources of revenue •,'hich
have not been considered ir. makira up the apportionment ordinance, and
in the event of the collection of any -revenue which ,as not considered
in making up said apportionment ord inar.ce, then such revenue shall be
credited to the department through which such source of revenue is col -
