That on the 15th day of December 1922 an approximate estimate

shall be made of the amount necessary to pay maturilj',claims until the
first of January 1923 and all amounts in excess of actual needs shall be
converted into the general funds of the City, for the purpose of taking* un
obligations of the City.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
I
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage, record and publication.
