That the Riverside Hospital Traininn School for Nurses, in the
i; City of Paducah, Kentucky, is under the direct supervision and management
;',of L. A. 17ashington, Commissioner of Public Property, and he is hereby

lauthorized and directed to execute and sign applications for permit to
s7ithdraw alcohol, free of tax, under Title 3 of the National Prohibition
Act, to be used by Riverside Hospital Training School for Nurses.
SECTION 2.
This Resolution shall take effect an -1 be in .force from and after
its passage and record.

MAINS ON GREER AVENUE FROM ELEVENTH STREET TO T,=FTH STREET, IN THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, A DISTANCE OF APFROXIP.4ATH1Y 388 FEET.
WHEREAS, there has been a petition filed with the Board of Commis-
sioners by property owners, and responsible consumers, asking; for an ex-
tension of the water mains on Greer Avenue from Eleventh Street to Twelfth
Street, a distance of approximately 38b feet; and there appearing: to be
at lust three responsible consumers t�or every 300 feet of pipe extension

thereon who agree, in writing, to take, use and pay for wateratthe
established rates for a term of not less than two years as soon as the
mains are laid; now, therefore, -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONnMS OF Tla,' CITY OF
PADUCAH, XENTUCXY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah ',eater Company be, and it is hereby authorized
and required to extend its water mains on Greer Averne from Meverth
Street to Twelfth Street, a distance of approximately 388 feet.
SECTION 2.
That said extension of said water mains shall be made immediately:
upon the adoption and publication of this?esolntion.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall be in force and effect from and after its
adoption, record and publication.
