Ordinance No._____
Liberty Insurance Bank, all. of Louisville, Kentucky, are each hereby
desio-nated and appointed a depository :for the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SAC T ION 2.
The Commissioner of Public rinance As hereby, r_nthorized and
directed to deposit in said banks or depositories such sums as may be
deemed advisable by the Board oi' Commissioners, but before said Commis-
sioner of lublic Pinrnce may deposit ^m; fnrds it said banks, he shall
report ir- writino to the Board of Commission^rs the sum to be depositel
in each of said banks with the rate of ,interest to be paid and upon the
approval by the Board of Commissioners of said rerort, the Commission-
er of Public Finorce is hereby authorized and directed to make such
deposits.
S2CT ION 3.
All ordinances or parts of, otdin^nces which are in conflict wit
this Ordinance, are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTTOY 4.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in •force from anq after
its passage, record aril publication.
