SECTIOF 1.
That the Paducah Evening Sun be, and the same is hereby
designated and declared to be the Official newspaper of the City of
Paducah, under the provisions. of the ordinance now in force.
SECTION 2.
That said appointment is made for the year 1922, but may be
discontinued at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners with or, ltJ
out cause, and such publisher removed with or without cause.
SECTION 3,
This Resolution shall be in force and effect from and .after
its passes=;e.

That F. W. Yatterjohn, Toyor, be, and he is hereby authorized
and directed to enter into a lease with A. P. Ford for property owned b�
the City of Paducah, Yentucky, located at Tenth and Clad* Streets, and
known as the No. 3 Fire Station Building.
Said Ya, -or is hereby authorized and directed to lease said
building to said A. P. Ford for a period of one year from this date, at
Thirty ("30.00) Dollars per month, sayable in advance on the 1.0th of
each and every month, and Winn at the rate of Three Hundred and Sixty
(:`:360.00) ?dollars per annum.
