ALLEN TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH; XENTUCXY, CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH A SIXTY (60) FOOT STRIP OF GROUND, RUNNING FROM JEFFERSON STREET TO BROAD7AY, AND AUTHORIZING THE COh1.1ISSIONER OF PUBLIC FINANCE TO PAY TO THE SAID C., T. ALL N THE SUP.! OF THIRTY-ONE HUNDRED ($3100-00) DOLLARS, SAID SUM TO BE PAID OUT OF FUNDS NOT OTHER7ISE APPROPRIATED, AND DEDICATING SAID STRIP OF GROUTID AS EIGHTEENTH STREET. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C0121ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: iSECTION 1. That the Deed of Conveyance from C. T. Allen to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, conveyins a sixty (60) loot strip of ground, running �I ifrom Jefferson Street to Broadway Street, to be used for street purposes and to be known as Eighteenth Street, which deed has been executed and idelivered to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, pursuant to an ordinance duly adopted, be accepted by the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and that said street be hereby dedicated as such. SECTION 2. That the Commissioner of Public Finance be, and he is hereby directed to pay to the said C. T. Allen, the sum of Thirty-one Hundred (13100.00) .Dollars, the purchase price of said real estate, same to be paid out of funds not otherwise appropriated. No. 7 9.16 Ordinance No..--- - -- ---- —.
