That all of the property on the "Jost side of Broad Street, from the intersection of Fourth and Broad Streets, to the dividirtR line be- t'oen the property of %ouis Petter and Frank Petter, in the City of Paducah, I.entucky, be, and the same is hereby assessed the slim of :�1.06iE per abuttinF7 foot, for the construction of concrete sidowalks. SECTIOI' 2. That all of the f;;nds derived from the assessment of said pro- perty aforesaid, shall be used for the purrose of paving off the special tax bills issued aF;ainst said property, or such bonds as may be issued b; the City of Paducah, pursuant to Section 3101 of the Kentucky Statutes. i SE'CTIOII 3. That pursuant to Section 3101 of the Kentucky Statutes, said assessments may be, at the option of the property o -rens, payable in cash -within thirty (30) days from the publication of this Ordinance, or in ten annual ir_stallmonts, as 'provided in said Section. SECTIOI; 4. In order to provide a fund for the immediate payment of the cost of that portion of the said assessment :!hick may be paid on the Ten Year Pa,.r:.ent Ilan, the City of Paducah may issue and .sell improvement bonds, and to secure the payment of said bonds, there is he-reb- pledged such taxes and liens on the property assessed herein for the pa /Ment of the principal and interest, but such bonds shall not be sold for less than par and the proceeds thereof applied exclusively in payment of the im- provements hereinbefore mentioned, and such bonds, if issued, shall. bear interest, and shall be payable in accordance with the provisions of Sections 3101 and 3102 of the Kentucky Statutes. s.cTIOIT �.
