T.'_ , 4, 007 SIDES Ola TI TTE 0 77 Lin? 02 ?^.i.ES ST27ET, IN THE I 77 n 7 7T T i Lr. _':>T1) F03 UPON in accordance with said Ordinance it was provided that the cost of construction of said sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and all necessary manholes, intakes, sewers, catch basins and driveways, shall be Paid for by the abutting Property owners, onboth sides thereof, except that portion to be paid for by the City of Paducah, as required by law; and, i.P,TEREL?S, pursuant to said ordinance, a contract was entered into by end between G. 1. That all of the property on both sides of Seventh Street, :from the South curb line of Jackson Street to the 'forth curb litre of Jones Street, i in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and the same is hereby assessed the � I sum of .;2,037362 per abutting foot, for the cost of construction of said i sidewalks, curbs, mutters, manholes, intales, sewers, catch basins and I driveways. That all of the funds derived from the assessment of said property No. [, =— Ordinance No aforesaid, shall be used for the purpose of paying off the special tax bills issued against said property, or such bonds as may be issued by the City of Paducah, pursuant to Section 3101 of the Kentuci7y atatutes. That pursuant to :vection 3101 of the .ent:ucicy Statutes, said assessments may be, at the option of the property owners, payable in cash within thirty (30) days from the publication of this ordinance, or in ten annual installments as provided in said section.
