SECTION 1.
The following prices shall be charger by the City Teigher, of
the City of Taducah, I'_entucky, for weichi-r_m hogs on the City Scales, as
follows, to -wit:
For hogs in lots of ten or less,:.. Ten cents each,
For hogs in lots of ten or more,:. 'Pen cents each, for the
first ten and Five cents each, fnr all hogs in excess of
the first ten.
SECTION 2.
It shall be the quty of each person, firm, company, or
corporation seeking to have hogs weighed upon the City scales, to pay
the City ;:eiF..her the prices charged as above set out, immediately after
the same has been weighed, and certificate of weight furnished by the
City ",`ei�,her, and arty person, firm, company or corporation who shall
refuse or fail to pay therefor the prices herein set out, shall be fined
not less than Five (�?5.00) Dollars nor more than Ten ( 10.00) Dollars
for each offense.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances or parts of or,inances in conflict herewith, ar
hereby repealed in so far only au the same conflicts with this ordinance.
