PADUCAH; KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
The following streets within the City of Paducah, Kentucky, are
hereby designated as being equal in importance t) boulevards, to-:vit:
Kentucky Avenue, Broadway and Hefferson Street. All vehicles being
operated on said S1:reetS shall have the right of way over all vehicles
entering any of said streets or any of them, except :-there athefwise
,?irected by a traffic officer at such intersection.

All vehicles crossing of entering Kentucky Avenue, Broaftay or Jo-ferson
Street, from an intersecting street are required to have their speed re-
suced to such an extent as to be unser absolute control o1"the ooerrtor
or sriver; provided, that nothing in this orsinance shall apply to
ambulances, police ans fire patrols, ans fire apparatus, in all cases while:
