WHEREAS, it is a necessity and desired by the property owners, that the sidewalks on both sides of South Eighth Street, from the South property line of Husbands Street to the Idorth curb line of Bachman Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, together with all necessary man- holes, intakes, sewers and catch basins,- now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CO?,IISISSIOMERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That both sides of South Eighth Street, from the South property line of Husbands Street to the North curb line of Bachman Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing concrete side- walks, gutters and curbing, together with all necessary manholes, in- takes, catch basins and sewers thereon, and all of which is to be paid for by the abutting property owners upon the Ten Year Payment Plan, and that the City Solicitor be instructed to draft an ordinance in accordance with this Resolution, for the construction thereof.
