That there is hereby levied for the year 1921, -upor, the taxable

and personal property in the City of Paducah, Kentucky; and there is

That the rate of taxation for each item of expenditure, as hero
tofore apportioned and set out by ordEnance, shall be on each one hun-
dred dollars north of property, as follows, to --;it:

SECTIM 3.
That all revenue derived from licenses or other sources co2lect-
>6 and paid to the Commissioner of Fublic Finance she]1 be distributed
.to their respective accounts in the same projo-rtion as the advalorem tax'
as hereirbefore provided for, encept sources of revenue which have not
been considered in making up the apportionment ordinance, and in the
:event of the collection of ony revenue which was not considered in mak-
ing up said apportionment ordinance, then such revenue shall be credited
to the department through enrich such source of revenue is collected.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage
