walks, curbs and gutters, together with all necessary manholes, intakej
sewers and catch basins, -now, therefore;

That both sides of Seventh Street, from the 3otth curb line of�
Jackson Street to the North curb line of Jones Street, in the City of
Paducah, KentucQT, be improved by c-)rstrizcting concrete sidewalks,
matters and curbing, together with all necessary manholes, intakes,
catch basins and sewers thereon, and all of which to be paid for by
the abutting property owners upon the ten year payment plan, and that
the City Solicitor be instructed to draft an ordinance in accordance
with this 're'solution, for the construction thereof.
