SECTION 1.

There is hereby created and established Sewer District No. 3,
which embraces.all the territory'within the City Limits of said City,
except that territory embraced by Sewer Districts llos.,l and 2.
SECTION 2.
Sewer District Ito. 3 is hereby divided into Sub -Divisions A. B.
and C., as follows;
Sub -Division A. embraces all of that territory lying North and
17est of Sewer Districts lips. 1 and 2, from the middle of Tennessee
Street to the City Limits.
Sub -Division B. embraces all of that territory lying South of
Tennessee Street and South of Sewer Districts i�Ios. 1 and 2, to Island
Creek.
Sub -Division C. embraces all of that territory lying South of
Island Creek to the City -Limits.
SECTION 3.
A trunk line sewer will be constructed in said Sewer District,
and the mouth., outlet or outfall of said trunk line is hereby located
in Sub -Division A. on property owned by the City of Paducah, Kentucl�y,
between Flournoy and Trimble Street, and between North Sixth Street and;
low water mark on the Ohio River. For the purpose of carrying into
effect the provisions of this Ordinance, the plans, specifications and
drawings, as prepared by the Aetna Engineering Bureau of Chicago,
Illinois, and on file in the office of the Department of Public Woks,
are hereby adopted and approved, and the trunk line in Sub -Division A.
shall be constructed in accordance with said plans, specifications and
drawings, provided said plans, specifications, and drawings, and the
location of said trunk line may be modified or changed at any time.
The trunk line for Sub -Divisions B. and 0. shall be located and con-
structed as soon as practicable, and in such manner as to conform to
the general plans of Sub -Division A where possible.
SECTION 4.
This Ordinance shall take effect anal be in force from and after'
its passage ecord. and publication.
