AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE USE OF CERTAIN SIDECALKS OF THE CITY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI.:j.?ISSIObTERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: -
SECTION 1. That it is hereby declared to be prima facia evidence of the
commission of a nuisance for any person to skate with roller skates on
any sidewalk on either side of Jefferson street, Broadway or Kentucky
Avenue from the middle of Seventh street to the Ohio river, in the City
of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That it is hereby declared to be prima facia evidence of the
commission of a nuisance for any child over the age of twelve (12) years
to skate with roller skates on any sidewalk of the City of Paducah, or
for any person, of any are, to skate with roller skates upon the private
driveway or walk upon any private grounds within the. City of Paducah,
without permission of the owner thereof.
SECTION 3. bny person found guilty of the commission of a nuisance under
the terms of this Ordinance shall be fined in any sum not less than
five (5.00) dollars, nor more than twenty 020.00) dollars, for each
offense.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
