BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COL TISSIOBERS OF THE CITY OF " PADUQEH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That F. Katterjohn, Mayor, is hereby authorized and empowered to purchase the Mary Ella 7ahi pronerty located at 524 North Fourth Street on the East side of North Fourth Street, between Harrison and Clay Streets in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and being a lot 70 feet 6 inches by 163 feet 3 inches, and known as the old J. 1. 7ahl property, a particular des- crintion of which is set out in a deed this day executed by Mary Ella ;lahl and others to the City of Paducah, Kentucky. SECTION 2. That upon the execution and delivery of a General Warranty deed Tor said property to the City of Paducah by the said Mary Ella '. ahl, and a quit -claim deed to said property from Frank B. Vahl and his wife, Dora ":Dahl, Albert C. '.7ahi and his rife, Qrtle Wahl, Harriett Amelia Nagel and her husband, Henry Nagel, of Paducah, Kentucky, and James :7ahl and his wife 75h1, of Princeton, Kentucky, and ,.,.,hen said deed of convey -i ante is accepted by a resolution of the Board of Commissioners, the Com- I missioner of Public Finance is authorized and directed to pay to the said 11yj Ella ;!ah1 the sum of 6500.00 and charge the same to the Contingent I Fund. - SECTION 3. I Said property shall be used as a home for the nuses at the City's Hospital so long as same shall remain suitable and available for i such purpose. SECTION 4.
