DEPARTI'.1EET OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS, AND REPEALING ALL PARTS OF ORDIiLANCES IN
CONFLICT THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01211ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
IaNTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
The duties and posers of the Mayor, as the Commissioner of Public
Affairs, are hereby extended and increased as follows; The I;Yayor, as Com-
missioner of the Department of Public Affairs, shall see that all ordi-
nances and by -lams of the City are duly executed and put in force; and he
shall see that all ofl�cers and employees of the City discharge their
respective duties faithfully and efficiently; and upon their failure so to
do, he shall report the same to the Board of Commissioners.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to
the extent of such conflict, repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, record
and publication.
