_ AN ORDIDIANCE REGULATING THE PL.SCING OR LEAVING OF OBSTRUCTIONS
ON SIDEWALKS IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY SIXTH STREET FROI,i KENTUCKY AVENUE TO
JEFFERSON STREET TO AND ITCLUDING FIRST STREET, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES
FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIE(ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECT IOIQ 1.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, between
six o'clock P. 12. and six o'clock A. Id., to place or to leave any obstruc-I
tion on any of the sidewalks within the area extending from First Street
to Sixth Street on Kentucky Avenue, and frnm Kentucky Avenue to Jefferson
Street on Sixth Street, and from Sixth Street to First Street on Jefferson
Street, and from Jefferson Street to Kentucky Avenue on First Street, and
including all sidewalks within said area.

SECTION 2.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this
Ordinance shall be fined not less than Five (-?25.00) Dollars, nor more than'
Fifty (4dp50.00) Dollars for each offense, and each night that such ob-
struction is permitted to remain upon the sideeialk shall constitute a
separate offense and shall authorize a separate prosecution.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the
extent only of such conflict.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall take effect from/ a7nd�d after its passage, re-
cord and publication.
