All ORDINANCE GRANTING TO THE ILLINOIS CENTRAL RAILROAD COM-
PANY THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT A SPUR TRtXX CONNECTED "ITH ITS RAILROAD
TRACK NOI; EXISTING ON NINTH STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
AND EXTENDING FROS: A POINT OST NINTH STREET BETWEEN BOYD AND FINLEY
STREETS TO A POINT OPPOSITE THE WEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY HEREiFTER TO
BE OCCUPIED BY THE PEOPLES WiREHOUSE COLiPANY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH BLUE
PRINT HERETO ATTACHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI,II••IISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF PiiDUCAH, KESITUCKY:
Section 1. That the right is hereby granted to the Illinois Central
Railroad Company to construct a spur track connected with its track
noir existing on Ninth street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, from
a point on Ninth street between Boyd and Finley streets to the l5est
line of the property hereafter to be occupied by the Peoples '�,arehouse
Company, and which warehouse is situated on the corner of Ninth and
Finley streets in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, in accordance with
the blue print attached hereto.
Section 2. Said spur track to be constructed in such a manner as not
to interfere with traffic over or across said streets, and shall con-
form to the grade of said streets now existing or hereafter established
by the City of Paducah, and to be maintained and to be used by said
Railroad Company under such laws or ordinances now existing in the
City of Paducah or as may be hereafter adopted.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
