WHEREAS, it is a necessity and desired by the property holders
that the driveway on North Fourth Street, from the north property line

of Jefferson Street to the South property line of Clay Street, in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, be reconstructed of improved paying; material;'

now, therefore,

SECTION 1.
That the driveway on North Fourth Street, from the North property
line of Jefferson Street to the South property line of Clay Street, in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be reconstructed of concrete, tarvia or
Xentuchy Rock: Asphalt, as may be determined by the Board of Conunission-
ers as the best and most economical material for the construction there-'
of, and all of vrhich shall be done upon the Ten Year Payment Plan and
assessed against the abutting property holders thereon on both sides
thereof, except the Paducah Traction Company shall pay such portion of

the construction thereof as may be required by operation of .law.

SECTI0N 2.
That the City Attorney is hereby directed to briny; in en ordi-
nance for the construction of said irork, when ordered by the Board of
Commissioners, after the adoption and publication of this resolution
according• to law.
SECTION S.
I
This resolution shall take effect -five days after its passage,
record and publication.
