For the construction of concrete sidevlal.ks, curbs and gutters,
and all necessary manholes, intakes, seviers and catch basins, on the
South side of Husband Street from the 'Jest property line o£ Sixth Streeti
to the East property line of Seventh Street, and on both sides of Seventh
Street from the South property line of Husband Street; to a point one hun'
Bred (100) feet South of !Hurray Avenue, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
and providing that same may be paid- for upon the ten year payiient plan,
as sti_oulated in an ordinance authorizing said improvement, adopted on
October 20th, 1919, recorded October 21st,•1919 in Ordinance Book at
sae 489, and published on October 24th, 1919.

tractors, Yancy & Johnson.
SECT ION 2.
This resolution shall talks effect five days after its passage, re-
cord and publication.
