17IL'•'REAS, it appears to be a necessity and desired by the property
oviners and the public generally, that the sidewalks on the North side
of Broad Street, from the VIest property line of Fourth Street to the
East property line of Sixth Street, and on the South side of Broad-

Henry Kolb's property, be improved with concrete or uentucipi Rock
Asphalt material, together with curbing and all necessary gutters, man—
holes, intakes and drain.pipes;.now, therefore,
. BE IT RESOLVED BY '_111 BOARD OF COLIIISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADU-
CAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the sidevialks on the north side of Broad Street, from the
;lest property line of Fourth Street to the East property line of Sixth
Street, and on the South side of Broad Street from the 'Jest line of
Fifth Street to the Bastprooerty line of HenryK
olb s property, be
constructed of concrete or Kentucky Rock Asphalt material, together
with the curbing and all the necessary gutters, manholes, intakes and
drain pipes therefor, at the cost of abutting, property holders, to be
assessed against the abutting property, and to be uaid (at the option
of said abutting property holders) upon the Ten Year Payment, flan, and
upon the publication of this resolution, in accordance with the Kentucky
Statutes, the City Attorney is authorized and directed to dray an ordi-1
nance therefor.
SECTION 2.
That all resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
