That the sidewalks on both sides of north Eleventh Street, from the North pro-perty line of Jefferson Street to the South property line of Trimble Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of 1 concrete or Kentucky Rock Asphalt material, together with the curbing � and all the necessary gutters, manholes, intakes and drain pipes there -I i Tor, at the cost of abutting property holders, to be assessed against the abutting property, and to be paid (at the option of said abutting- property buttingproperty holders) u_oon the Ten year Payment Plan, and upon the publica-! I tion of this resolution, in accordance with the Kentucky Statutes, the City Attorney is authorized and directed to draw an ordinance therefor. SECTION 2.
