SECTION 1.

against the abutting property holders thereon on both sides thereof,
e-cept the Paducah Traction Company shall -pay such -portion of t he con-
struction thereof as rm.y be required by operation of law.
SECTION 2.
That the City Attorney is hereby directed to brie; in an
ordinance for the construction of said work, -.-Ihell ordered by the Board
of Commissioners, after the ado"otion and -oublication of this resolution
according to law.

curbs and gutters, together with all necessary manholes, intalms, c5Ach
basins and sewers thereon, and all of which is, to be 'Opid for by the ?butt-
in propeTtir holders upon the Ten Year Plan, and that the City
I-ttorney be ir-2-tructed to bring in an ordinance, in accordance fiith this
resolution, for the construction thereof.
SECTIOl. 2.
This resolution shell. take effect five days after its -oassage, re-
cord- and publication.
