BE IT ORTY-1I(ED BY TED,BO'RD OF CO1.2;IISSIONERS OP TIM, CITY OF P^.DUCAH, I-'NTUCKY: SECTION I. Th^,t there is hereby levied for the year 1920, upon the taxable property -oithin the City of Paducah, Kentucky, real and _oorsonal, ail valorem tax of one dollar and forte -rive (";;1.45) Cents, pursuant to Section 157 of the State Constitution, and Sixty -rive (.65�) Cents pursuant to the State Constitution and Statutes of Kentuclw to defray the expenses of ma.in- taininS the schools, and Eleven (11g) Cents pursuant to said Constitution and. Statutes for the purpose of paying the interest on the School Improve- ment Bonds and to create a Sinking Fund for the payment of said bonds at maturity, making a'total of Tvo .Dollars and Twenty-one cents (62.21) on each One Hundred Dollars worth of said real and- personal-ollo-oerty in the City of Paducah, Xentucky;'and there is also hereby levied a poll ta.x of One Dollar and Fifty Cents ( 1.50) on each male resident of the City of Paducah over 21 years of age for the year 1920. That all 'revenue derived from licenses or other sources collected and_ paid to the Commissioner of Winance shall be distributed to their re- spective accounts in the same proportion as the advalorem tv%, as herein- before -provide:h for, except sriurces of revenue which have not been consi-dered in making up the a:rportionment ordinance, and- in the event of the collection of any revenue which was not considered in makin up said apportioniaent ordin:::.ncc, then such revenue shall be credited to the cle- pa.rtment through which such source of revenue is collected.
