T CE PRO- � HIBITIPG VEHICLES OF ANY CHARACTj;.:: ,ROL'i 2ARTaNG ON EITHER SIDE OF BROADVIAY STREET BET",7EE,I FIRST AMD SI C_'n STREETS, IN THE CITY OF P_ -^,DU - CAH, K N'_UCKY, ADD PROVIDING PENALLY _;'OTR VIOLATIOII OF SAdE," which was ; adopted by the Board of Commissioners of said City on September 23rd, 1918, be amended by striking out from said Section 2 the words "TEII I i IM UTES" and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "THIRTY 7.71DUTES," i so that said Section 2, as amended, shall read as follows: "Section 2. It is further provided that section one shall I . not apply to any person, persons, corporation, or company rano stop their vehicles temporarily on Broadi•iay, for a period of time not ex- ceeding Thirty minutes, for the purpose of discharging passengers or I taking on passengers, or for the pur-oose of receiving from stores and l other houses packages, bundles, goods, wares, and merchandise, or per- sons to be transported by such vehicle, or for the purpose of unload- ing and transferring goods, bundles, wares, and merchandise from such I vehicles to the said stores or houses." ,.
