BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI,iIsIISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, XBETUCIY:
SECTIOI? 1.
No appointive employee of the City of Paducah shall be permitted
to absent himself from his emplo;%;ient without permission obtained from the
Commissioner of the Depart,sant in which he is employed.
SEC'T'IOE 2.
Any appointive employee absenting himself from his employ -cent
without permission, as described in Section 1 of this ordinance, shall
forfeit all pay for the time he is so absent witho-at permission, as des-
cribed in Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage,
record and publication.

SECTION 1.
That the offices of the Commissioner of Public Affairs, the
Commissioner of .Public Finance, the Commissioner of Public Safety, the
Commissioner of Public ';forks, and the Commissioner of Public Property

The provisions of this ordinance shall not apply to any crfloloyee�

pied by the City Commissioners.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect from its passage, record and
publication.
