BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI,iIsIISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, XBETUCIY: SECTIOI? 1. No appointive employee of the City of Paducah shall be permitted to absent himself from his emplo;%;ient without permission obtained from the Commissioner of the Depart,sant in which he is employed. SEC'T'IOE 2. Any appointive employee absenting himself from his employ -cent without permission, as described in Section 1 of this ordinance, shall forfeit all pay for the time he is so absent witho-at permission, as des- cribed in Section 1 of this ordinance.
