SIDES OF NORTH SEVENTH STREET, FROM THE NORTH PROPER'T'Y LINE OF I;L=DISON STREET TO THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF TRIFLE STREET. V!HEREAS, it appears to be a necessity and desired by the property owners and the public generally, that the sidewalks on both sides of North Seventh Street, from the North property line of Ii4adison Street to the South property line of Trimble Street, be improved with concrete material, together with curbing and all necessary gutters, manholes, in- takes and drain pipes; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THS. BOARD OF 0012HISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the sidewalks on both sides of North Seventh Street, from the North property line of Madison Street, to the South property line of Trimble Street, be constructed of concrete material, together with the curbing and all the necessary gutters, manholes, intakes and drain pipes 'therefor at the cost of abutting property holders, to be assessed against the abutting property, and to be paid (at the option of said abutting property holders) upon the Ten Year Plan, and u_oon the publication of this -resolution, in accordance with the Kentucky Statutes, the City Attorney is authorized and directed to draiy an ordinance therefor.
