f' AN ORDINANCE AJdMNDING SECTIONS 6 AND 9 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED,
"AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND GOVERNING BURIALS, DISINTERMENTS AND RE -
INTERMENTS CHARGES IN OAK GROVE CEMETERY AIM ADDITIONS THERETO," APPROVED
OCTOBER 23RD, 1909.
BE IT ORDAINED BY `EE BOARD OF COIZ1,9ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF P_4DUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Section 6 of an ordinance entitled, "An Ordinance Regulating
and Governing Burials, Disinterments and Re -interments charges in Oak Grove
Cemetery and Additions thereto," be and the same is hereby amended by
striking therefrom the following words and figirces: "At °p5.00 per grave
for the burial of all persons over twelve years of age," and inserting in
lieu thereof "at 08.00 per grave for the burial of all persons over 12
years of age." So that said section, when so amended, will read as fol-
lows; to -wit:
"Section 6. All graves sold in Oak Grove Cemetery under what is

]mown as the single grave privilege, the price thereof is hereby fixed at
.!p8.00 per grave for the burial of all persons over 12 years of age,,Pd
at the price of ?4.00 per grave for the burial of children of the age of
12 years or under."

SECTION 2.
That Section 9 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE REGU-
LATING AND GOVERNING BURIALS, DISINTERLUUTTS AND RE-INTERIMETS CHARGES
IN OAK GROVE CEIMTERY AIQD ADDITIONS THERETO," approved October 23rd, 1909,
be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following
words and figures: "Shall be 14.00 and for children $3.00" inserting in'
lieu thereof "Shall be 5?8.00 and for a child :1'4.00." So that said Section
9, when so amended, will read as follows, to -Gait:
"Section 9. The charges or cost for opening or closing the
grave of an adult -shall be ,,8.00, and for a child 5;4.00, which shall be
paid, by the person having same done, into the City Treasury."
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, record
and publication.
