BE Ix ORDAINED BY THE I.1�YOR AND BOARD OF COJ81ISSIONERS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KDETUCKY:
Section 1. That it shall be unlavdul for any person or
Persons, company or companies, corporation or corporations, or
any one using, driving or operating an automobile, buggy, wagon
or other vehicle, to park same on the palest side. of Fourth street
north of Broadway for a distance of fifty (50) feet from the
inside line of the pavement on Broadway, or to park any such
vehicle or vehicles on the west side of Third street south of
Broadti;,ay for a distance of fifty (50) feet from the inside line
of the pavement on Broadway.
Section 2. Any one violating the provisions of section
one of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Paducah
Police Court, be fined in any sum not less than five (.;5) nor
more than twenty-five (1..;25) dollars for each offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force ten days after its passage, record and publication.
