,IIEREAS, it is deemed a necessity, and desired by the property ovmers
abutting thereon, that the driveway of Twenty-fifth street from Atkins
Avenue to the Cairo gravel road, a distance of about two hundred and ninety
(290) feet, in the city of Paducah, fentucky, be improved by grading and
graveling same -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COi.`._ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
!^,NTUCKY:
Section 1. That the drivevjay of Twenty-fifth street from Atkins
Avenue to the Cairo gravel road, a distance of about two hundred and ninety
(290) feet, in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by grading and
graveling same, and that the cost of said construction be paid for by the
abutting property otimers, to be assessed against the abutting property-- and
the City Solicitor is hereby authorized and directed to bring in an
ordinance therefor.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect and be in force from .
