AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE MANNER IN WHICH CASH ORDERS LILY BE
1'daDE BY VARIOUS COILMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEIITUCKY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COJ.H.IISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, 1MNTUCIiY:-

Section 1. That any order made upon the Commissioner of Public. Finance
of the City of Paducah signed by any two commissioners of the City of
Paducah shall be the power and authority to said Public Finance Com-
missioner, when so directed in said order, to advance the cash thereon,
and same shall be charged against the appropriation made for the
Department for i,.,hich said order is made.
Section 2. all orders, resolutions or motions contrary to, or in
violation of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
