71HEREAS, it is a necessity and desired by the property holders,
that both sides of Tenth street (or I:Iurrell Boulevard) from the south
property line of Broadway to the south property line of Caldwell street,
thence from the east property line of Tenth street (or I:iurrell Boaleva-rd;
on Caldwell street westiardly to where same intersects ivith Caldnell
Avenue, including the intersection of Caldwell street and Caldwell Avenue,
thence southviardly on r,-h..at is known as Caldwell Avenue from the inter-
section of Caldwell Avenue and Calunell street to the -right of nay of
the IJ. C. & St. L. R. R. near the Illinois Central Railroad Company depot,
in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, be reconstructed of improved paving
material -

PADUC_h.H, KENTUCKY:
Section 1.
That the driveviays on both sides of Tenth street (or PSurrell Boulevard)
from the south property line of ,Broaaivay to the south property line of
Caldwell street, thence from the east property line of Tenth street (or
ieiurrell Boulevard) on Caldwell street westwardly to Evhere same intersects
with Caldwell Avenue, including the intersection of Caldwell street and-
Caldwell
ndCaldwell Avenue, thence southwardly on what is knovm as Caldwell Avenue
from the intersection of Caldwell Avenue and Caldwell street to the right
of way of the II. C. is St. L. R. R. near the Illinois Central Railroad
Company depot, approximately 6950 linear feet, in the city of Paducah,
Kentucky, be reconstructed of concrete, bitulithic, asphalt, tarvia., or
vitrified brick, as may be determined by the Board of Commissioners as
the best and most economical material for the construction thereof, and-

That the City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an
ordinance :for the construction of said work at the next -regular meeting
after the adoption and publication of this Resolution, according to lays,
and this Resolution shall take effect five days after its passage and
