I:lHEREAS, it is a necessity end desired by the property holders, that.
the drivei-;ays on noi-Uh Seventh street from the north property line of
Jefferson street to the north property line o_c Trimble street, thence on
Trimble street from the east property line of Seventh street to the rrain
entronce gate of the Oak Grove Cemetery, in the city of Paducah,

Section 1.
That the driveways on north Seventh street from the north -,property
line of Jefferson street to the north property line of Trimble street,
thence on Trimble street from the east property line of Seventh street to
the main entrance gate of the 02.k Grove Cemetery, being amroxim2.tely
6340 linear feet, in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, be reconstructed of
concrete, bitulithic, asphalt, tarvia or vitrified brick, as may be
determined by the Board of Commissioners as the best and most economical
material for the construction thereof, and all of chich shall be done upon
the ten year -,payment plan and assessed against the abutting property
holders thereon, on both sides thereof, except upon Trimble street •.-;here
the Paducah Traction Company shall pay such portion of the construction
thereof as may be required by operation of law.
Section 2.
That the City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in .an ordinance
Tor the construction of .said work at the neat regular meeting after the
adoption and publication of this resolution according to lair, and this
resolution shall take effect five days after its passage and record.
