EEREAS, the official newspaper, the Sun Publishing Company, has
tendered its resignation, and said_ resignation has been accepted;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CO;:_1,SSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF

Section 1.

declared to be the official newspaper of the City of Paducah, under the
provisions of the ordinance now in force.
Section 2.
That said appointment is expressly made for no specific term of
years, but at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners, and said
printer ray be removed, with or without cause, by the Board of Commis-
sioners, at any time they deem it eypedient.
Section 3.
This Resolution to be in force and effect from and after its

passage and record,
