MlEREAS, it is deemed a necessity and desired by the property
ormers on both sides of i,ionroe street from the west curb line of Fountain
Avenue (Seventeenth street) to a point six hundred and sixty-nine (669)
feet west of Fountain Avenue, that concrete sidewalks, together with
granite curbs and Sutters, and all necessary manholes, intakes, catch
basins, and sewers, be constructed thereon -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COY1,ISSIOITERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, iEITTUCIIY:
Section 1. That both sides of P,Ionroe street from the west
curb line of Fountain Avenue (Seventeenth street) to a point six hundred
and sixty-nine (669) feet east of Fountain Avenue, in the city of
Paducah, Kentnclky, be improved by constructing concrete sidewa Ls,
together with granite curbs and gutters, and all necessary manholes,
intakes, catch basins and sewers thereon, and all to be done at the
expense of the abutting property owners, upon the ten year payment plan;
and that the City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance
for the construction thereof.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect five days after
its passage, record and publication.
