LOUIS RAILWAY THE RIGHT TO CONSTRUCT A SPUR TRACK ACROSS SOUTH NINTH STREET IN TiI CITY OF PiDUCAH, ICENTUCIOt. - i Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the i City of Paducah, Kentucky: Section 1. That there is hereby granted to the Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis Railway the right to construct a spur track across south Ninth street from its tracks now in existence on Norton street and leading to the property of the Nagle-l'.IcKinney Company on Eighth street between Jones and Morton streets, in accordance with blue print hereto attached and made a part hereof as fully as if embraced herein. Section 2. It shall be the duty of the Railway Company to maintain the portion of the street between the rails of said spur and two feet on the outside of each rail where it crosses said Ninth street, and keep the same in good, passable condition and repair. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and record. Passed by the Board of Commissioners June 3, 1918. Recorded by Henry Bailey, Clerk, Ju -ie 3, 1918. I V Be it ordained by .the Board of Coimnissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky: Section 1. That no license or permit shall be granted or issued by the City of Paducah, or by any officer thereof, to any circus or carnival or tent shows to exhibit or show in the city of Paducah, or to i- paradd on the streets of the City of Paducah, during the last seven days of September or the first seven days of October of any year. Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, record, and uublicatiorn. Passed by the Board of Commissioners June 10, 1918.
